No Show & Cancellation Policy

 

 

Our office has a strict "NO SHOW" and "CANCELLATION" policy.  If you schedule and appointment at our office, you are expected to attend and pay in full for the time you scheduled.  When you schedule a time, you prevent this office from scheduling another needed client.  Please be respectful of our time and services as we are of yours. 

 

Cancellation: If you want to cancel your appointment for any reason, please call, email or text our office before 24 hours of your appointment.  We will happily cancel your time and give it to another client with no cost to you!  If you fail to do this, you will be charged $65.00.  We will ask you for a credit card to have on file when you come in for you initial session.

Emergencies:  We understand that sometimes your child wakes up sick, you get in a car accident on the way to the office or some other genuine emergency can happen.  If this is the case, please call and discuss this with the office ASAP (preferably before your appointment time).  We will waive the cancellation fee for this event as long as it is not a pattern.

 

No Shows:   This includes forgetting your appointment or simply choosing not to come in at your scheduled time.  You will be charged the $65 fee on your credit card kept on file.  After two no-shows, you will be referred out to another therapist who can better meet your needs.
