Deciding upon your payment form is very important. Prior to your initial session, we will discuss your options. Payment policies and accepted payment forms will also be reviewed prior to your appointment. |

Private Insurance We are NOT on any private insurance panels due to private insurance companies failure to pay timely for services rendered and their billing procedures that would drive up the cost of therapy. However, if your insurance has open enrollment or allows clients to access out of network providers, I will provide you with a billing statement so that you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company. Full payment for services is required prior to the start of your session

North Carolina Medicaid
**A current Medicaid card is required for every visit*** North Carolina Health Choice Current coverage must be verified along with remaining unmanaged visits. This can be determined prior to your appointment.
*** If you have financial hardship and cannot pay full fee for need therapy, we offer therapy at a reduced rate provided by Provisionally Licensed Staff who are currently under supervision for their licensure. Please call for details to see if you are appropriate for this option***
