Cash, check or money order are accepted forms of payment.  

Assessment (required at first appointment).............. $150.00

Individual Therapy.....................100.00 per 50 minute session

Play Therapy...........................$ 100.00 per 50 minute session

Family/Couples Therapy................ $ 130.00 per 50 minute session

Parent Child Interactive Therapy &

Reunification Therapy.....................$130.00 per 50 minute session

LCSW or LPC SUPERVISION

Individual Supervision Sessions...........................$ 65.00 per hour

Group Supervision Sessions................................$ 30.00 per hour (when available)                                                            

PAYMENT FORMS

Deciding upon your payment form is very important.  Most private insurance requires that you meet a deductible prior to providing coverage for mental health therapy.  Your specific insurance information will be verified prior to your initial session.

We are on the current insurance panels:

• Medcost

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield

• NC Medicaid (Carolina Access)

• Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare

• Crossroads Behavioral Healthcare

• NC Health Choice

 What if your insurance provider is not listed? 

• Check to see if your insurance has open enrollment or allows clients to access out of network providers, I will provide you with a billing statement so that you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company.

 ***Please note***

Our practice requires payment of the full fee when covered by private health care insurance (Medicaid & NCHC is exempt) regardless of what your private insurance will agree to pay.  You will be required to pay the difference.

Full payment for services is required prior to the start of your session
