You will have to pay this fee by credit/debit card or in cash before you will be seen again***
LCSW or LPC SUPERVISION
Individual Supervision Sessions...........................$ 65.00 per hour Group Supervision Sessions................................$ 30.00 per hour (when available)

***Please note*** Our practice requires payment of the full fee when covered by private health care insurance (Medicaid & NCHC is exempt) regardless of what your private insurance will agree to pay. You will be required to pay the difference.
